Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Burke, VA is seeking reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care on weekends. We offer flexible shifts including days, nights, and overnights, with 6-12 hour options.

Competitive pay from $18 to $20 per hour, retirement plans (401K & Roth 401K with up to 4% matching), bonuses, paid orientation, and referral incentives. Must have Virginia license and CPR, and be able to travel within Fairfax County.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate or license required; out-of-state licenses not accepted.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Excellent references.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license preferred.
• Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Fairfax County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and compassionate care to our clients.
• Assist clients with ADLs such as dressing, bathing, eating, and light housekeeping.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Amada Senior Care is seeking reliable, compassionate, and highly skilled Caregivers who are available to work on Weekends.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

Job Type:

We offer a variety of shifts—Weekdays, Weekends, Day Shifts, Night Shifts, and Overnight Shifts. Shift durations: 6-12 hours available.

Service Areas:

Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Fairfax, Chantilly, Manassas, Burke, Springfield, Gainesville, and Woodbridge.
