Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Arlington, VA is seeking reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care on weekends and across a variety of shifts throughout the region.

You will deliver high-quality assistance with ADLs, mobility support, and companionship while maintaining punctuality and professionalism. We offer training, flexible scheduling, and a competitive hourly wage with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate/license required (in-state)
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license preferred
• Previous home care/long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and compassionate care to clients
• Assist with ADLs (dressing, bathing, eating, light housekeeping)
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Amada Senior Care is seeking reliable, compassionate, and highly skilled Caregivers who are available to work on Weekends.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

Job Type:

We offer a variety of shifts—Weekdays, Weekends, Day Shifts, Night Shifts, and Overnight Shifts. Shift durations: 6-12 hours available.

Service Areas:

Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Fairfax, Chantilly, Manassas, Burke, Springfield, Gainesville, and Woodbridge.

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA Certificate or License (out-of-state licenses or certificates are not accepted)
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and driver’s license preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent business and personal references
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray
• Previous experience in home care or long-term care setting preferred
• Must be willing to travel to locations within Fairfax County and surrounding areas
• Comfortable working with pets
