Standish Village is seeking a Caregiver (CNA/HHA) to provide direct care to our senior residents in Dorchester, MA. Employment includes full-time and part-time shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time, Part Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $19 per hour

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
