Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers who want to make a difference. We provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES recipients.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance review. Insurance benefits begin after 60 days, with opportunities to serve clients across Tennessee and join

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and compliance screenings.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
