Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring caregivers to support clients in the Topeka, Kansas area. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for meaningful work with in-home care.

Positions include light housekeeping, personal care, and running errands, with training provided. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposits to help you manage your finances while making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• At least six months of PCA experience (personal or professional).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with light housekeeping and daily tasks.
• Providing personal care and companionship.
• Running errands and helping with transportation as needed.
• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
• Following care plans and reporting changes to supervisors.

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Bathing/personal care
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running Errands

Requirements
