The responsibilities of Care Givers and CNAs include:

1. Bathing
2. Personal Hygiene
3. Dressing
4. Meal Preparation
5. Feeding
6. Incontinence Support
7. Light Housekeeping
8. Medication Reminders
9. Transfers (Wheelchair/Bed/Commode)
10. Shopping and Errands
11. Prescription Drop-off/Pickup
12. Companionship for Appointments/Visits
13. Additional services as needed

Pre-Employment Qualifications for Care Givers and CNAs include:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Minimum of one year experience in personal care services
3. Ability to meet all of the following requirements:

• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
• Provide professional and personal references
• Pass a standard physical and drug test
• Provide a valid 2-step TB test
• Pass a SLED or national background check
• Pass state OIG and national OIG checks

Standard Requirements include:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to fulfill all assigned tasks reliably
• Proof of current automobile insurance
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Smartphone ownership and proficiency
