HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• 17 / hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts needed.
• Weekdays or Weekends : You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
• Some assignments ongoing and client temp-to-potential-perm negotiable!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and / or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as : meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical / TB screening
• Current CPR / First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background
