Qualifications

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and / or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as : meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical / TB screening
• Current CPR / First Aid Certification
