Qualifications

Senior Helpers has an EXCITING opportunity for you! Consistent, schedules available with guaranteed hours!

Senior Helpers is looking for EXPERIENCED and exceptional caregivers to join our team. No more driving to multiple locations. We need you to care for multiple seniors in a ONE Brand New Independent Living community. Schedules are available seven days a week, with multiple shifts between 7AM - 11PM.

Essential Functions and Position Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years or more experience working as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA.
• Must have a valid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must own and know how to utilize a smartphone.
• Non-Smokers preferred.
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client in a wonderful independent living setting.
• Deliver care to clients in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, incontinence care, dining assistance, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
• Pet care may be required, including walking and feeding pets.
• Complete administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical or mental condition or behavior.
