Shift Availability:

• 12-Hour Day Shifts: (e.g., 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• 12-Hour Overnight Shifts: (e.g., 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
  Consistent full-time hours available. Both weekday and weekend shifts open.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean environment
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care, private duty, or facility care
• Must be dependable, organized, and capable of working 12-hour shifts independently
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
