Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring for in-home caregiving roles in Knoxville, TN. We offer day and evening shifts with weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time positions.

You'll assist clients with personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility, while ensuring safety and clear communication as part of a real team.

Qualifications

• Reliability is non-negotiable; show up to every shift.
• Genuine compassion and desire to help others.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Able to pass required background screenings.
• Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support.
• Help with transfers and daily living activities.
• Remind and monitor medications as directed.
