Stand Out Home Care is seeking kind, dependable caregivers to support our clients through Missouri’s CDS program. We welcome helpers whether you have experience or are just starting out, because heart matters more than years of work.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal care, light house tasks, and companionship, helping clients stay independent at home while you are part of a team that values respect, open communication, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on the FCSR or willing to register.
• Able to pass E-Verify (legal eligibility to work in the U.S.).
• Reliable — our clients depend on you!
• Willing to learn — no experience required, but heart is a must!

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Light cooking, cleaning & running errands.
• Be someone they can talk to, trust & smile with.
