Anchor Bay East Providence, a Senior Living Residences community, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct personal care and support to our senior residents. You will join a caring team in a home-like environment with opportunities to lead activities and assist with meals and daily living tasks.

We offer flexible part-time shifts across 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and competitive starting pay at $19 per hour, plus extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Physical requirements: Standing, walking, bending, transferring residents.
• Communication: Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team.
• Punctuality & reliability – dependability for daily living activities.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Part Time

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
