Job summary

Home Care Assistance of Philadelphia is hiring a daytime caregiver to serve clients in the Conshohocken area. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, assisting with daily living activities and personal care, under the guidance of a local office team.

We value caregiving experience, a passion for helping others, reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance, and the ability to pass a background check. In-person interviews at our Chalfont, PA office are required.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a caregiver, professionally or with family.
• Passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
• Current PA Dept of Health required tests (2-step PPD, quantiferon gold or chest X-ray).

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• May include light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation and laundry.
• Match clients and caregivers based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.
• Provide round-the-clock support from our office team as needed.

Job Duties:

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, helping with bathing, grooming and medication reminders
• Client and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships
