Job summary

Right at Home in Beavercreek, OH is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team and provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move 20 lbs without assistance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving clients within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming; provide hygiene support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.

$13 - $14 depending on experience

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting with transferring/moving clients from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom
