Job summary

Senior Helpers in Granada Hills or Encino is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay safe and independent. You’ll tailor your care to each client’s needs and support daily living activities in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Have an HCA License.
• Have a current valid TB test.
• Prompt and on-time.
• Passion about helping others.
• Enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.).
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living such as bathing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
