Right at Home is seeking caregivers who can provide compassionate, one-on-one support to seniors in their own homes in Alabama. You will choose shifts that fit your life while delivering safe, respectful assistance and meaningful companionship.

We offer weekly pay, a daily pay option, weekend differential, flexible schedules, health/dental options, and paid training and development to help you grow in this essential role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Some caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with errands or transportations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
