Job summary

Right at Home in Alabama is seeking compassionate caregivers, personal care assistants, and CNAs to join our in-home care team. You will provide one-on-one support to seniors, helping with daily living activities while promoting safety and independence.

We offer flexible shifts you can choose, weekly pay, health options, and ongoing training to support your professional growth; prior caregiving is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or personal care is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands or provide transportation as needed.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Assist with errands or transportations

• Provide companionship and emotional support

Caregiver Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent

• Authorized to work in the US

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

• Some caregiving experience preferred
