Job summary

Right at Home in Springfield, TN is seeking caring caregivers for in-home roles. You will help clients with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, transportation, and companionship, delivering compassionate, respectful service.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, health/dental options, paid training, and a referral program. Drivers with a valid license are preferred; join a trusted home-care team and make a real difference in your community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Lift/transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Help with meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Support mobility and transportation needs.
• Provide companionship and respectful, compassionate care.
• Administer medication reminders as directed.
