Job summary

Right at Home Cullman is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment to help you thrive while helping clients stay independent at home.

Positions include full- or part-time shifts with weekends and various hours. Competitive pay starting at $13–$15 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some Caregiving Experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation and companionship.
