Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to support clients in Alabama. Flexible shifts, full or part-time options, with weekends and various start times available. We value training, a positive environment, and consistent support for staff.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, mobility assistance, and companionship. Prior experience preferred; background checks required and lifting at least 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience preferred (No AHCA/HHA required!).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Support mobility and transportation as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
