Job summary

Next Generation Recruitment in Anaheim, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver with Dementia Experience to join our team. You will provide personalized care, assist with ADLs, and use memory care techniques to support clients and families.

This role requires caregiving experience with dementia, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and the ability to pass a background check. You will collaborate with families and health professionals to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience with dementia or Alzheimer's patients strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care best practices and memory care techniques.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Home Care Identification number needed as HCA.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy skills.
