Experienced Home Health Aides Wanted!

Our Home Health Aides are the keystone of our business, providing essential services to seniors and their families striving to maintain independence daily. Our aides embody compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and love. To those we serve, our Home Health Aides represent our values and commitment.

Services range from basic companion care (light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more personal care (incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing, etc.). Our aides may work various shifts, including 1-24 hours (live-in), weekends, nights, mornings, etc.

Additional requirements include:

• At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (preferred).
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Three references required.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.
