Hours:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays 2:30pm-7pm and occasional weekends

West Linn, Oregon

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide ADL care: personal hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, continence/restroom assistance, etc.
  • Organize and participate in outings and community events with clients and their families.
  • Teach life skills to help clients build confidence, engage in meaningful activities, and promote social, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and any behavioral or health changes daily.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Musically inclined or can play instruments (a plus but not required).
  • Ability to handle and redirect physically aggressive behaviors.
  • Fast on their feet.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Hold CPR and First Aid certifications or willing to obtain them upon hire (at employee cost).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a care provider, teacher's aide, support staff, or in behavior management.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Understand confidentiality importance.
  • Able to pass a background check.
Transportation:

Clients may require transportation; a valid driver's license and auto insurance are required upon hire.
