Compensation & Benefits: $13.50/hour with On Demand Pay options, full-time morning positions, paid time off, holiday pay, benefits including a 401(k) with a 3% match, and weekly/daily pay options.

Job Responsibilities: Develop meaningful relationships with individuals, support community involvement, assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Support individuals with various needs, including autism and behavioral challenges, in assisted living environments.

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Six months of experience in human services or care preferred. Skills include caregiving, direct support, STNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, and related roles. Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle in some roles.
