Summary

We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Plainfield, CT and surrounding areas. ALL shifts available (days, evenings, and weekends).

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify the Agency Director immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transfers between bed, chair, and wheelchair. Assist with toileting needs.
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

• Experience in home care preferred.
