Job summary

ComForCare Midlands is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes across Elgin, Northeast Columbia, Lexington and West Columbia.

Shifts are 10–12 hours with every other weekend included; availability is required between 7am and 10pm, Sunday through Saturday. We provide COVID-19 training and PPE, along with paid orientation and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Care giving experience of 1 year.
• Must be 21 years of age or over.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
