We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in New Haven, CT and the surrounding area.

• One Patient at a Time
• Earn PTO while working 32+ Hours

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when travel is required.
• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transfers between bed, chair, and wheelchair. Assists with toileting needs.
• Assists with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

• Experience in home care preferred.
