Job summary

Spring Oak is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living community. You will support residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring well-being, assisting with care plans, and coordinating with families. The role requires CNA certification and reliable weekend availability, with a salary of $15 per hour and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification active.
• Successful completion of all required training courses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines, as permitted by certification and community policy.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in their physical or emotional well-being.
• Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while encouraging residents' independence and dignity.
