About the Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. They encourage resident independence, support resident choices, and preserve dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Critical Success Factors
  • Exhibits a positive customer service attitude: approachable, friendly, and willing to assist.
  • Displays initiative to complete work independently.
  • Maintains consistent attendance and addresses work-related issues appropriately.
  • Communicates effectively, including careful listening, sensitivity, thoughtful responses, and timely reporting.
  • Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.
  • Presents a neat, clean appearance.
  • Participates in in-services and helps train new staff.
Preferred Qualifications
