Total Care Connections is hiring Weekend Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors across the Phoenix metro area. We offer flexible weekend schedules, competitive pay based on experience, and a supportive, family‑style workplace.

As a caregiver you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and coordinate with the local office. Prior caregiving or CNA experience is preferred, but training is provided, and you can start with or without certification.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and mobility support.
• Offer help with errands, light housekeeping, and emotional support.
• Communicate changes in client condition promptly to the office.
• Promote independence, dignity, and comfort for each client.
