Job summary

Total Care Connections, one of Arizona’s largest family-owned home care companies, is hiring Weekend Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care across the Phoenix metro area. The role offers flexible weekend schedules, on-the-job training, and daily pay options, with opportunities for additional shifts and a supportive, family-style work environment.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, with or without CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and mobility support.
• Help with errands, light housekeeping, and emotional care.
• Communicate changes in client condition promptly to the office.
• Promote independence, dignity, and comfort for each client.
