Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in Poway, CA is hiring compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our in-home team. You will help clients with daily living, ensure safety, and provide meaningful engagement in their homes.

We offer $19–$20/hour, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days/40 hours, flexible schedules, and weekend bonuses. Must have 1 year caregiving experience, driver’s license, TB test or X-ray, Live Scan, and CA HCA certification (through us).

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
