Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers in Lee, MA to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. We welcome CNA, HHA, PCA and Homemaker applicants for immediate start with flexible shifts.

Pay is $18–$21 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus, plus health insurance, a 401(k), free caregiver training, and a supportive office team. Requirements include working at least 20 hours per week and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with compassion and reliability.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• HHA or CNA certification welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in client conditions
• Deliver compassionate, dependable care
