Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes with personalized care, companionship, and daily tasks. As a Caregiver, you will help with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and safety while fostering independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered home care tailored to each client.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and medication management as prescribed.
• Provide companionship and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
