Papa Inc. is seeking compassionate, part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical support and companionship to older adults and families. You choose visits, set your schedule, and help with everyday tasks while earning competitive hourly pay.

Prior experience is not required—just a passion for helping others and a valid driver’s license. Join a flexible network where you can balance other work, school, or personal commitments.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

Responsabilités

• Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.
• Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
• In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
