Papa Inc. in the United States is seeking flexible, part-time Papa Pals to provide companionship and non-medical support to older adults and families.

You choose visits, set your schedule, and help with everyday tasks while making a meaningful difference in your community. No professional caregiving experience required; must be 21+, valid driver's license, background check, work authorization, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.
• Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
• In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.

Requirements:
