We are seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our diverse team in Elgin and be a part of our life-changing mission. We have flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts available with a starting base rate of $17.25/hr (plus additional differentials of $1 for night shift and $1 for weekends for AMs and PMs). The hourly rate for IHR/On-Call positions is $19.00 (plus additional differential of $1 for weekends). We are hiring immediately and offer paid training! CNAs and DSPs are encouraged to apply. We provide free DSP training!
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions ($1,000 paid after 6 months and $1,000 paid after 1 year).

Marklund is a nonprofit organization that provides residential, educational, and therapy services to infants, children, teens, and adults with serious and profound developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs. With three residential locations—the Marklund Hyde Center in Geneva, the Marklund Philip Center in Bloomingdale, and the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin—it is currently home to nearly 178 residents. The Marklund Day School offers Multi-Needs and Life Skills programs for children and young adults with multiple medical needs, and those diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Additionally, our Community Day Services program at each site is a therapeutic day program for adults who reside at Marklund and those who come in from the community.
