Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care in clients' homes
• Follow personalized schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks (ADLs) safely and professionally
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, and light housekeeping
• Ensure safety, safety, and client enjoyment
• Transport clients as needed
• Document tasks and report changes in client condition
