Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.
• English reading/writing for job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, laundry and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing/showering/dressing/toileting.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care and companionship activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home

• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving/Toileting
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
