Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is hiring compassionate individuals for caregiver roles with no prior experience required. Training through the Synergy Care Academy will cover PCA coursework, hands-on caregiving skills, competency validation, orientation, and CPR/First Aid training.

Roles offer part-time opportunities with potential for up to 40 hours/week. Benefits include paid 40‑hour PCA training, same-day pay up to $200, bi-weekly direct deposit, and opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Negative TB test.
• Clear national background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and active insurance.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support in the client’s home.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders.
• Support clients with dementia or memory loss.
• Complete visit documentation and share client updates with the Synergy team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
