Qualifications

• Direct care to residents including activities of daily living
• Willingness to advance into CNA/STNA or QMAP roles
• Training/certification may be required based on state regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with respect and dignity
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks
• Support residents with daily living activities such as meal prep, cleaning, and mobility
• Engage residents with meaningful conversations and personalized attention
