Job summary

Brookdale is seeking caregivers to provide direct care and support to residents, focusing on independence and respectful, dignified treatment. Opportunities include CNA/STNA and QMAP roles with advancement paths within Brookdale's care teams.

Candidates will assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and grooming, while also helping with light housekeeping tasks and engaging residents in meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or CNA preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognizing needs, encouraging independence and treating seniors with dignity.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care; help with routine chores.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training or certification may be required.
