Position Details

Location: Near N 35th Ave and W Thunderbird Ave

Pay: $14.85/hour at Thunderbird ADA Group Home; pay varies by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Help participants achieve developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Build meaningful relationships and promote community involvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management
• Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
• Valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance
