Synergy HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care across Frisco, Plano, Allen, The Colony and nearby areas. Qualified applicants will have CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, US work authorization, and at least 1 year of caregiving or home health aide experience.

• Assist with transition and mobility
• Medication reminders
• Light meal preparation
• Light housekeeping duties

• Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Memory care (Dementia/Alzheimer's)
