Visiting Angels Marble Falls, TX is urgently hiring a Caregiver Team Member to join our local Highland Lakes care team. Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility support, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship for seniors in Marble Falls and nearby communities.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with medication reminders and administration as directed.
• Support mobility and ambulation around the home and accompany to appointments.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with routine exercises and light physical activity.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input, respecting dietary needs.
• Accompany clients for shopping or run errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Report unusual incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Caregiver Team Member Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Team Member Requirements

• Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
