Job summary

Independent Home Health in Towanda, PA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Supervisor to lead field staff, coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets, and serve as the bridge between clients, families, and the office. You will visit clients in their homes, build strong relationships, and ensure services run smoothly.

This full-time role offers a $50,000–$55,000 annual salary, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong communication and people skills.

As a Caregiver Supervisor, you’ll be the connection between our caregivers, clients, families, and office team. You’ll spend time in the field, build relationships, and make a real difference in the care we provide.
