Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Aide to perform direct care duties under licensed nursing supervision. You will help create a safe, supportive environment that respects residents' dignity and independence.

You should be 18+, have basic reading/writing, and English fluency; prior care experience or completing a training program is preferred. The team values compassionate, reliable staff and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
