Job summary

Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation Greenville seeks a Staffing Coordinator to join our mission-driven team. You’ll bridge our dedicated caregivers with the office staff, helping recruit, onboard, and schedule those who make a real difference every day.

In this role you’ll lead recruitment and onboarding, keep HR files accurate, support scheduling to cover every client, and manage documents in caregiver and client profiles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, or related settings.
• Familiarity with dementia care, including Alzheimer’s (preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A “can-do” attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Keep HR files accurate and organized.
• Support scheduling to ensure every client is covered.
• Upload and manage documents in client and caregiver profiles.
• Communicate with caregivers and troubleshoot staffing issues.
