• Assist client with meal preparation and feeding.
• Help with dressing and toileting as required.
• Maintain client's hygiene and cleanliness.

• Clear dishes and maintain cleanliness.
• Dress and prepare client for activities.
• Support feeding and hydration; prepare meals.
• Prepare breakfast and lunch; assist with meal prep.

• Assist client with meal
• Assist with dressing: as required
• Assist with toileting: Uses bedpan for toileting
• Bedpan: clean after use in the bathroom
• Brush teeth
